What is covered?

In light of the HRMC new wider powers (introduced in Schedule 36 FA2008) we have pioneered TaxWise Plus fee protection insurance which is the simplest and most comprehensive policy on the market.

- you will be able to defend your clients should they receive any correspondence or a visit from HMRC
- potentially high costs of dealing with such enquiries will not be passed on to your clients
- your clients will not have to accept unreasonable tax charges due to concerns about professional fees.

The Policy

The policy provides cover of up to £75,000 of professional costs in the following circumstances:

- dealing with any correspondence from HMRC
- attendance at any meeting with HMRC
- appeal to the First Tier Tribunal or Upper Tribunal
